This invention relates to a ribonucleoside derivate of Lamivudine, its preparation and application. The chemical name of Lamivudine is (2R,5S)-4-amido-1- (2-methylol-1,3-oxygen sulphur heterocycle penta-5-group)-2(1H)- pyrimidone, which is a antiviral drug. Present preparation of producing Lamivudine that is optical activity, exist flaws such as tedious operation, fairly long line, low overall yield, expensive cost of material. The aim of this invention is to provide a new ribonucleoside derivate: ribonucleoside derivate of Lamivudine, which is used as crude drug of medicine of anti- HIV and anti-hepatitis B virus; The other aim is to provide its preparation; there is also a aim to provide the application of this new ribonucleoside derivate.
