The invention relates to a system which can adjust the temperature and humidity synchronously. It is characterized in that: it comprises an inlet and an outlet connected to the inlet wind channel; a fan connected to the controller; a thermoelectric plate or block formed by thermoelectric material; a water outlet or a water storage device. Wherein, said fan is inside the wind inlet channel or the wind outlet channel; the thermoelectric plate or block is between the wind inlet and outlet channels; and the water outlet or storage device is near the refrigerating surface of thermoelectric plate or block. The invention can avoid compressor and Freon, to reduce the size and noise. And it can be used with other systems. |
