Wherein, the lifter comprises a frame, a base, a power transmission device and a controller; the frame is formed by lower, middle and upper rectangle guide rails; the middle guide rail sheathes the lower one and limited by lower guide rail; the middle one is hinged with upper guide rail; the rendering device works along said surface formed by three guide rails; the upper guide rail can be turned over to parallel with the middle one to reduce the height of frame; the whole frame is hinged with base and supported by hydraulic cylinder.
