The invention relates to a resin composition for the color filter protective film containing an epoxy group-containing polymer (A) whose weight-average molecular weight is 3000-100000 and epoxy equivalent is 140-1000 g/mol and which is polymerized by using at least a monomer containing carbon-carbon unsaturated bonding and an epoxy group, a polycarboxylic acid derivative (B) potentialized with a vinyl ether compound (b2) by a carboxylic group of polycarboxylic acid compound (b1) and zirconium soap (C). The resin composition contains 10-80 wt.% of (A), 5-70 wt.% of (B) and 0.001-20 wt.% of (C) to a solid component. The resin composition provided by the present invention for a color filter protective film having excellent adhesion and ITO resistance formation process property by possessing excellent curing and preservation stability and providing basic performance having visible light transmission and chemical resistance in a layer of a resin curing substance. |
