The empty bottle sterilizing process with low disinfectant consumption and low disinfectant residue for polyester bottled beverage packing production line includes the following steps: 1. sterilizing the empty bottle conveyed to the sterilizing site with the disinfectant spraying and flushing apparatus to spray and flush disinfectant to the empty bottle; 2. flushing hot water to the sterilized empty bottle conveyed to the hot water flushing site with the hot water spraying and flushing apparatus for further sterilizing; and 3. spraying and flushing sterilized water to the sterilized empty bottle conveyed to the sterilized water flushing site with the sterilized water spraying and flushing apparatus. The sterilizing process, detection shows, can reach the disinfectant residue lower than 0.1 ppm. |
