The invention relates to an arrangement for switching from a tongue blade (11) to a stock rail (10) fixed on a ribbed plate (12). Said device comprises a slide chair (14) extending from the ribbed plate arranged on a sleeper or a fixed track, and at least one roller element (44, 46) that extends from a holding element (48) and is used as a support for the tongue blade. The aim of the invention is to ensure a clear association between the roller element and the stock rail, simultaneously ensuring, however, that no forces leading to uncontrolled impacts can be introduced into the tongue blade. To this end, the holding element (48) is detachably connected to an insert (36) in the base plate (12), and the insert is connected to the base plate by means of an elastic intermediate layer (38).
