The method comprises: A) in the subscriber identification module or UE, setting a service domain rejecting table to record the information about the rejected service domain ID and associated network ID when they access the service domain; B) when making a location renew, a routing renew and a service domain register, the terminal looks up the said service domain rejecting table according the said information about the rejected service domain ID and the network ID, if the corresponding record is not found, then the terminal is allowed to try a renew and register. By the invention, when a 2G or 3G network is under constructing by network operator to cause a problem not capable of providing all network service domains, the subscriber terminal can be ensured to roam into the subscription network. |
