    For high voltage circuit, synthetical tester for all operating conditions includes following parts: dc power source VDC with adjustable output voltage; two pieces of auxiliary valve V1 and V3, and produced valve to be tested. When synthetical tester for all operating conditions starts, energy is sent to TE board at side of low voltage; and using continuous trigger pulse triggers V1, V3. Exit of synthetical tester for all operating conditions is divided into two phases. If voltage of resonant capacitance is higher than 4800V, conventional triggering pulse triggers V1, V3 is adopted to reduce setting value of VDC and voltage of resonant capacitance gradually. At second phase, triggering V1, V3 by continuous trigger pulse is adopted to lower voltage of resonant capacitance to minimum. The invention starts and tests transition without fluctuation, as well as tests and exits transition without fluctuation.
