Characters of the disclosed alkaline accumulator are that one strip of copper foil is welded on tail part of zinc cathode. Length of the copper foil is equal to perimeter of inner diameter of metal case. Inner wall of the copper foil is contacted to outmost circle of the zinc cathode; and outer wall of the copper foil is contacted to metal case. An afflux disk of positive pole is installed above pole set. Positive active material is attached to two sides of positive conducting base body. Low end of the positive conducting base body is welded to positive afflux disk, which is welded to explosion proof cover. Correspondingly, negative active material is attached to two sides of negative conducting base body, and its low end is welded to negative afflux disk, which is welded to bottom of metal case. Under precondition of not influence on capacity and discharge in large current, the accumulator is accorded with general arrangement: metal case as negative pole and cover as positive pole. |
