The invention relates to a guiding traffic signal lamp and the implementing method thereof, for intensifying and improving functions of the existing traffic signal lamps, able to be convenient for a motor vehicle driver to be able to see a possible running direction at a front crossing in advance and locate a running lane in the next running direction as soon as possible and change the current lane and join the next lane in time, thus keeping the traffic smooth near the crossing and simultaneously being absolutely clear about signal lamp instructions in the next running direction, which according with human visual judgment character. At night, light reflecting pattern or outline of luminous material, or lighting pattern or outline of electric lighting material on the back baseboard of a signal lamp box not only makes the motor vehicle driver able to visually abide instructions of the traffic signal lamp but also beautifies city traffic environments. |
