This invention discloses a kind of butyl rubber/acrylate oligomoer or cooligomer blend composite damping materials and its preparation method. It has the characteristics that 70 mass shares of butyl rubber and 30 mass shares of acrylate oligomer or their cooligomer are blended in a double-roller mixing extruder at a temperature of 120~160 deg. C for 10~20 minutes. Then at a temperature of 30~60 deg. C, 10~25 mass shares of vulcanizing agent, 0.5~5 mass shares of auxiliary vulcanization agent, 0~20 mass shares of stuffing and 0~10 mass shares of plasticizers are added and the blend is compression molded in a plate vulcanization machine at a temperature of 150~170 deg. C and a pressure of 10~15MPa for 10~20 minutes so as to produce butyl rubber/acrylate oligomoer or cooligomer blend composite damping materials with extraordinary damping properties. |
