The invention relates to a self-polymerization prosthesis basic material formed by two components, which comprises: (A) one liquid monomer; (B) one powder component with filling agent, while said component at least comprises one pearl polymerization product whose pearl phase is improved. Said pearl polymerization product, via age hardening, will be one anti-impact prosthesis synthesis material, whose fracture toughness property >=2MPa m[1/2], and breaking energy >=900J/m[2]; the distribution of flexible phase of powder is the possibility of a-c, as: (a) the flexible inner core is inside the fixed frame (inner core - frame - particle); (b) several flexible inner cores inside the frame matrix; (c) the inner core - frame - particle distribution of (a) is distributed in the fixed matrix. |
