A wind power generation system having a frame, a blade wheel (12) rotatably supported by the frame, permanent magnets (31) arranged equidistant from the rotation center of the blade wheel, and coil groups (32) annularly arranged on the frame. The coil groups (32) produce electric power by action inverse to that of a linear motor when the permanent magnets (31) and the coil groups (31) are relatively move while being located close to each other. The coil groups (32) are installed on a ring provided on the frame, and the permanent magnets (31) are arranged at the lower end of a vertical blade (26) of the blade wheel. |
