    A processing device of CO2 is composed of refrigerating unit for preparing high density CO2, industrial recovery unit for compressing and packing purified CO2, cryogenic unit for refrigerating CO2 to be ice water, planting unit under film for absorbing and decomposing CO2. The CO2 processing technique utilizing said device not only can reduce the amount of CO2 discharge but also can utilize CO2 to create economic and social benefits.
