    A method for preventing and eliminating the root cancer of fruit tree and agrobacterium by use of iodine-enriched soil bactericide is disclosed. Said bactericide is prepared through preparing solution A from water, potassium iodide, iodine and bioactive organoiodine, preparing solution B from water, citric acid and sodium hydroxide, concentrating the seaweed juice, and proportionally preparing said bactericide from them.
