The invention provides a spinal column fixing system. One of the enforcement examples of the spinal column fixing system comprises a junction unit which has a cam lock cell, and the cam lock cell is fixed and don't move when the cell spins and makes a elongated member such as a spinal column pole pushed down in the junction unit and makes the pole fixed inside. On the other hand, a low insertion leaf is connected immovably with the pole, and the insertion leaf was put in the flute on the head of an anchoring element projected from the junction unit. The pole is connected immovably on the upper face of the insertion leaf, and the upper face is flat to get line contact between the insertion leaf and the pole and reach minimization of breakage. In another enforcement example of the invention, the cam of the cam lock cell is applied on a built-in fitting, and drives the built-in fitting down in the junction unit to make the pole fixed inside. |
