The present invention provides a channel self adaptive transmission scheduling method. It contains transmitting pilot frequency sequence to channel, receiving end estimating channel state information and feed back to transmitting end, judging channel status, if channel as slow fading, utilizing channel randomization matrices preprocessing to transmitted signal, utilizing proportion equity scheduling algorithm to proceed multi-user scheduling, if channel rapid fading then directly utilizing proportion equity scheduling algorithm to proceed multi-user scheduling. Said scheme can self adaptively regulate transmission scheduling mode according to different channel, to obtain multi-user diversity gain in different channel condition (including rapid fading and slow fading).
