The present invention discloses a liquid-cooled heat radiation module use for circular radiating heat generated by heat source. It includes fan having base, pump attached on base, radiator coupled with fan, said radiator having a hole for holding pump, diversion piece communicant with pump, said diversion having a penetration hole with diversion channel, working fluid flow across penetration hole, pump and diversion channel to realize circulation heat radiation. Said invented can effectively reduce connected aqueduct quantity to reduce total volume and greatly raising heat radiation efficiency. |
