    The invention belongs to carbide alloy vacuum heat treatment method for drilling exploration. The method comprises the following steps: heating the product in vacuum furnace, carrying out drawing temper at the protection of N2 at 500-750Deg.C, and then tumbling for 3-8 hours. The -Co phase of fine texture is improved by 10-13%, impact flexibility is improved by 20-40%, and durability is improved by 60%. The method effectively improves the combination properties of carbide alloy drilling, abradability, tenacity and bruising resistance, and decreases the phenomenons of reamer collapsing comminuting and abrasion. The method has the advantages of long lifetime, low cost and high efficiency. The method overcomes many defects.
