    The invention relates to a electroplate thermal compress diamond saw blade and relative producing method, which comprises a saw blade basic body (3), whose external edge has a hole groove matching the end shape of thermal compress T-shape blade head (2); the end of thermal compress T-shape blade head (2) is embedded into the hole groove; said thermal compress T-shape blade head (2) and the external edge of saw blade basic body are both made from electroplate nickel cobalt alloy composite layer which contains artificial diamond. And said thermal compress T-shape blade head (2) is made by mixing the artificial diamond and metallurgy powder to be arranged into the T-shape graphite mould, to be thermal compressed in 700-800Deg. C. And the mass ratio between the artificial diamond and metallurgy powder is 1:20; the granularity of artificial diamond is 46-70 deals; the metallurgy powder is formed by bronze powder, cobalt powder, nickel powder, manganese powder and carbonized tungsten, while the mass percentages are: bronze powder in 35, cobalt powder 1, nickel powder in 5, manganese powder in 5, and carbonized tungsten in 54. The invention can realize high blade strength of diamond saw blade, with better quality, simple process and short producing period.
