The invention provides a composite used in saw blade, which comprises following components in mass percentages: copper in 20-30; iron in 20-30; tin in 10-20; and diamond in 2-5. And the producing method comprises: (1), mixing the powder materials of said components to be arranged into mixing machine to attain the powder composite used in saw blade; (2) compressing and molding attained powder composite; (3) sintering the molded material. The invention adds little alloy element into former saw blade material to improve its strength more than 10%, and prolong the service life. |
