    This invention discloses a chip integrated directional coupler used in microwaves and millimeter waves including a medium chip with metal paste plates on both sides, the chip is set with 2 integrated waveguides composed of at least 3 lines of metallic through holes, an input, a through end, an isolation end and a coupling end are set on a surface of the chip, in which, said input and the through end are connected with both ends of a waveguide, the isolation end and the coupling end are connected with both ends of the other waveguide, a coupling window is set on a common side wall between the two integrated waveguides and a coupled metallic through hole is set in the window.
