And the invention can make organic material layers on two sides of the thin inorganic material layer simultaneously emit light and make the light outgoing from transparent electrode be white light, overcoming the defect of variation of light color. And it can obtain white electroluminescence devices with good color developing property and color stability by optimizing device structure.
