    The invention discloses an aluminum cooker surface process method. The technology method includes the following steps: clipping the cooker on clip tool, and dipping into alkaline electrolyte tank; connecting the clip tool to anode, and the corrosion resistant plate of tank connecting to cathode, adding impulse voltage to peel voltage onto the component for 25-60 minutes. The invention could make the surface have high rigidity and binding power, strong corrosion resistance and prolong the useful life of the aluminum cooker.
