    The present invention relates to a treatment method capable of making biological red blood cell volume be stable for a long-period, and is used for preparing quality control material and reference material for blood cell analysis. Said treatment method includes the following steps: (1), stopping or reducing melabolism of red blood cell; (2), phospholipids component treatment for stabilizing red blood cell membrane; and (3), treatment for stabilizing red blood cell membrane protein. The effective component of chemical reagent used in step 2 includes manganic acid, cadmic acid, chromic acid and picric acid or metal salts correspondent to these acids, and the effective component of chemical reagent used in step 3 includes aldehyde material, and the chemical reagents used in the step 1 include the chemical reagents used in step 2 and step 3. Said treatment process can be implemented at room temperature.
