The present invention provides a method for extracting resveratrol by utilizing culture of polygonaceae endogenic fungi. Said method includes the following steps: (1), using potato to prepare potato culture solution; (2), using glucose as carbon source, using ammonium nitrate as nitrogen source, culturing polygonaceae endogenic fungi or bacteria in culture solution; (3), after the fungous liquid is taken out, homogenizing for 15 min at 100 r/min to make its cell wall be broken, then using ultrasonic wave to make treatment for 30 min; (4), using ethyl acetate to make extraction for 12 h, standing still and layer separation; and (5), collecting extract, concentrating extract and drying extract so as to obtain the resveratrol. |
