    The present invention relates to a technique, method and equipment for forming necked tubular metal component by utilizing great internal high pressure produced by water under the condition of high temperature and adopting heat transfer (or pressure transfer) single-operation process. Said equipment is formed from four portions: 1. high-temperature high-pressure equipment: high-pressure container, semi-embedded electroheating high-temperature furnace and working water; 2. temperature (or pressure) transfer equipment: high-pressure metal pipeline and high-pressure valve; 3. forming equipment: concave die, pipe blank and sealing ram; and 4. control equipment. Said invention includes two forming methods, one is pressure transfer and another is heat transfer. Said invention also provides the concrete steps of every method.
