    A water-saving control method for washing the drum in tobacco shred production line includes such steps as installing a water applying electromagnetic valve to washing water pipeline, turning on the valve and then turn off it for immersing the dirt deposit in drum, turning on the valve for washing the drum several times, accumulating the time taken by each turn-on, and locking the valve when the accumulated time reaches a predefined valve.
