The invention relates to a method for realizing high-layer instruction transmission in IEEE 802.16 system. Wherein, the transmitting terminal sets the mark for sent high-layer instruction to be sent to the receiving terminal. The inventive method can complete the transmission of high-layer instruction between the terminal and base station of IEEE 802.16 system to realize the transmission of high-layer instruction between the terminal and core network to realize the access of terminal into core network and the management of terminal by the core network. |
