    The invention relates to a method for realizing self-adaptive transmission and detection between the sender and the receiver of multiple antenna communication system. The steps of receiver comprises: a, calculating the SINR of each sub flow of sending sub flows; b, according to the ratio between the SINR and the interference noise, selecting AMC parameters for each sub flow; c, judging if the sub flows has the sub flow that distributed in the higher AMC parameter; d, if there is, randomly or according to preset sequence, selecting the sub flow that distributed to higher AMC parameter; if there is not, selecting the sub flow with lowest ration between the signal and the interference noise; e, processing interference counteraction detection on the selected sub flow; f, deleting selected sub flow from the sub flow gather and judging if said gather is empty, if it is, returning to the step a.
