    The invention relates to a portable battery charging device with main control terminal function, and relative method. Via judging if the connection end has current main bus to supply power signal, the invention can switch the charging device to charge or not, therefore, whenever the invention is used as main control terminal or usage terminal, it can charge. The invention can realize different charging modes.
