    The invention relates to a disc player with electrostatic resistance device which comprises a case with an inner hollow area, wherein a rotating motor is arranged on a tray; it covers a bottom plate on the lower part which is touched with the rotating motor; a plane is adjacent the tray front part; it arranges a hole to accommodate a sheet eject key; a mental sheet is arranged on the plane back around the hole and is touched with the bottom plate; a signal line connects the case and the rotating motor to form the earth.
