    The invention relates to a 650nm plastic optical fiber transmission system in the field of network device, especially to an optical network user end device, which is formed by a wavelength transducer which transfers the 1550nm or 1310nm or 850nm silica fiber signal into 650nm plastic optical fiber signal, an optical exchanger and an optical network interface card, wherein the wavelength transducer, the optical exchanger and the optical network interface card use the plastic optical fiber with 100Mbps information transmitting ratio to connect with each other.
