The invention relates to a heat pipe, which comprises a pipe, the working substance filled between the network of pipe inner wall and the pipe, and a support inside the pipe to support the network and contact the inner wall of pipe, while said support is made from porous material. In the production, first preparing the network, pipe and support; arranging the network and support inside the pipe that said support can support the network to contact the inner wall; than extracting the inner space of pipe into vacuum and filling the working substance; than packing to complete the production. The invention utilizes support to support the network to attain better contact better the network and the pipe wall, and when processing said heat pipe, it can avoid sintering process to avoid the damage on the network. |
