    The invention relates to a fluidization and decrement technique for oil-contained sludge. Wherein, using stirring and liquefying and recovering as the kernel, and completing the fluidization and cleaning and separation in same device with necessary auxiliary devices. This invention needs less devices, is simple and high reliable, and has well economical and social benefits without pollution.
