The invention discloses a sash arc-extinguishing device of level continual foaming machine in the plastic foaming producing construction technique domain, which comprises the following parts: symmetrical frames, chain guide rail on the frame, to-and-fro chain wheel and to-and-fro projected wheel disk on the front or back of chain guide rail, clamp among chains, wherein the clamp corresponds to the track around the to-and-fro projected wheel disk, which is consistent with foaming plastic upper surface curve; the speed of chain guide rail and clamp for sash film is the same as the mixing material pavement speed; when the clamp enters or leaves the chain guide rail through the to-and-fro wheel disk, it clamps and looses the sash file; the speed component of upward sash film along the chain guide rail is the same as the upward swelling component of foaming plastic, which eliminates the arcing phenomenon. |
