    The invention discloses a portable medical transfusion alarming device, which comprises the following parts: sampling circuit, triggering control circuit and alarming circuit, wherein the case adapts the photopath sealing type, which avoids the light source interference; the sampling circuit adapts the composite photoelectric coupler, which contains colloid hollow calibrator on the bottom; the triggering control circuit contains controllable silicon, which transmits the gathered photoelectric signal into alarming signal precisely. The invention guarantees the patient safety, which lessens the labor strength for nursing personnel.
