    The invention discloses a sonic velocity measuring method in the bone, which comprises the following steps: setting ultrasonic launcher R, A1 and receiver B1, B2 on the soft tissue surface of segment bone; regarding the distance of two launchers and two receivers as distance L; setting the ultraviolet time of received launcher R through receiver B1 as T1 and the ultraviolet time of received launcher A1 through receiver B2 as T2 and the ultraviolet time of received launcher A1 through receiver B1 as T3; comparing the T1 and T2 when T1 equals to T2; calculating the transmission speed in the segment bone form VL/delta T. The invention eliminates the interference of soft tissue without hypothetical variable value, which improves the measuring precision.
