    Disclosed is a tempering agent for plant fighting drought and increasing yield, and its confection method, which consists of dissolving mid portion of rice stalk and P, K-solubalizing bacteria into retort for fermentation, grinding sheep and chicken droppings to above 80 meshes and mixing, wherein the compatibilizer is soda powder, chicken droppings powder, sheep droppings powder, distilled water, mineral water, phosphor and potassium solubilization bacteria, bioactivating agent, carbonic acid compound, humic acid and rice stalk acid liquor raw material.
