The invention relates to a superoxide dismutase grape and its production method. Which is produced by spraying bacillus spp.CGMCC 0175 with the concentration being 2.5*107-4.5*107cfu/ml on the tree trunk with fruit and root from germing period under normal cultivating management condition. The SOD grape is characterized in that: 1) the SOD content is distinctively increased to 500-800IU/g besides he good properties of original grape being maintained, and the generated SOD enzyme possesses strong heat-resistance ability, the enzymatic activity is 47% of that of original enzyme after being treated in 70 Deg. C for one hour; the enzymatic activity is 37% of that of original enzyme after being treated in 100 Deg. C for half an hour; 2) it possesses strong resistant to ozone and strong acid; 3)it can intensify the human immunity and prolong aging, the edible safety is good. |
