Present invention provided method first calculating initial transmission delay in softer handoff new link establishing according to same arrival time of softer handoff multi - cell channel, determining multi - route messages initial seek window position and range according to said transmission delay, then searching most strong route in search window range determined by according to initial seek window position and UE transmitting timing adjustment value, if said most strong route position is in initial seek window range then preserving initial transmission delay, otherwise using most strong position as new search window position, determined new transmission delay according to new search window position. Said method can obtain accurate new link establishing transmission delay, increase wireless performance gain, and can satisfy smoothing switching under different network planning. |
