    The invention discloses an image index disposal method and disposal system, which comprises the following steps: setting several different image indexes as image index graph; corresponding the main data about object surface to the coordinate region of image index graph; establishing the mapping relationship of image index and extra data of main data in the coordinate region; covering the image coordinate on the object surface; reading the image with image index from relative position of optical device; disposing the image through disposal device to gain corresponding extra outer data; sending the extra data to the output device through disposal device; outputting the extra data. The invention segregates the image index and object surface of recorded main data without accessory image index on the object surface, which can be applied in multiple object surfaces of different index image indexes.
