The invention relates to a non-stepped speed changer, with zero rotational speed ratios. The input axle 11 rotates to drive the connection rod 10 and axle 12; the connection rod 9 pushes the bent axle 8 to realize the oscillating motion of gear 5 which is transformed into the continuous rotation of output gears 3 and 4 along single direction via the gear group; the input axle 11 can be horizontally moved left and right to control the amplitude of oscillating motion of gear 5 to control the rotational speed ratio. The gear group is formed by gears as 1, 2, 3, 4 and the axles as 6 and 7. Wherein, one group of gears of 1 and 2 and the gear of 3 and 4 is single clutch gear with reverse clutch direction. The invention has easy control, high transmission efficiency, big transmission torque, saved energy, 0 rotational speed ratio, lower weight, smaller size, and stable rate between power and volume.
