    The invention discloses a pylorus spirobacteria affection gene test chip in the field of clinical medicine application. The chip sets a probe which comprises SEQ ID NO: 1-26 above 85% conservative sequence PCR product; the PCR product is a characteristic primer which uses international standard culture HP26695 (or J99) as reference sequence; it uses the gene group DNA extracted from Chinese people affection characteristic pylorus spirobacteria strain as table to obtain the product by PCR reacting. It also discloses a method for preparing for pylorus spirobacteria cag affection characteristic gene test chip.
