    The invention relates to a method for preparing for 5-positive propyl -2-(3, 5- difluoride phenyl) pyrimidine. It comprises: A. preparing for 5-difluoride benzene imidogen methyl ether salt acid salt; B. preparing for 3, 5-difluoridebenzene hydrochloride; C. preparing for Vilsmeier reagent; D. preparing for 2-positive propyl -3-dimethylin acrolein; E. preparing for 5-positive propyl -2-(3, 5-FFphenyl): first preparing for NaOCH3-CH3OH solution, dropping the 3, 5-difluoridebenzene hydrochloride and the 2-positive propyl -3-dimethylin acrolein, heating return flow to do condensation reaction to obtain 5-positive propyl -2-(3, 5- difluoride phenyl )pyrimidine.
