    The invention relates to a method for making chemical fertilizer additive, especially to a high effective compound agent which adds into the nitrogen fertilizer and the composite fertilizer. The high effective compound agent is made by stirring the sulfured 20-50 backup, the cyandiamide 20-50 backup, the tripolite and amine sheet 50-80 backup at normal temperature or 90-100 deg. It shatters the raw material to 80-100 orders, uses high mixer or heating groove to mix them by matching value with 20-30 minutes to make the product.
