    The invention discloses a non-step automatic positioning braking clamp. It mainly comprises two symmetry and intercrossed clamps (12, 13). Wherein, the clamps (12, 13) are integrated via the connection shaft 914); one ends of clamps (12, 13) are clamping end (10) while another ends are handles (16, 17); the connection shaft (14) has the first flexible element (15); the handles have a automatically positioning element formed by a clamping element (21), a braking-releasing element (22) and the second flexible element (23); the clamping element has a smooth are end-face to form a angle with said handles or clamping ends; the clamping element (21) is through the clamping hole (222) of releasing element (22); the second flexible element (23) is arranged between the handle on one end of clamping element (21) and the clamping element 921) while it is in the condition of supporting braking with handle and releasing element (22); the second flexible element can realize automatically positioning of clamp.
