A disposal self-destroying vaccine injector, comprising syringe, central pole which comprises pole tip and pole body, the front of the pole top is covered with elastic rubber plug, the pole body is equipped with withdrawing-resistant slice which is longitudinal elastic, with the front end of which fixed in the pole body, the withdrawing-resistant slice extends backward from the fixed position, the radial distance between the extended part and pole body becomes larger gradually; with responding to the withdrawing-resistant slice, a withdrawing-resistant circle is equipped on the inner wall of the syringe. When the pole body pushes the elastic rubber plug to the bottom of the syringe, the end of the withdrawing-resistant slice will overpass the withdrawing-resistant circle to accomplish a pull-and-push action; the end of the withdrawing-resistant slice overpassed the withdrawing-resistant circle connects with the syringe inner wall under action of elastic force, for which the withdrawing-resistant circle prevents the central pole from being pulled back and the central pole is locked in the withdrawing-resistant circle, which forms the self-destroying.
