The main technique program are: the shoe body is dumb-bell planar form of which the two ends wide and waist narrow, the middle of the front end of the shoe is longitudinally equipped with clamp plate, with the length accordant with that of human sole and width accordant with that of sole perimeter, and the two sides are equipped with locking device cooperating with each other, the middle of the rear end of the shoe is longitudinally equipped with heel grip, and the two sides are equipped with locking device cooperating with each other, the place between the rear end and front end of the shoe body is equipped with drawing line cooperating with each other or one end is equipped with drawing line while the other end is equipped with drawing buttoner with lock.
