The method includes following steps: the base station builds a default PVC connection in term of default attribute, and initiates a request of bootstrap protocol to the controller side of base station through PVC connection; the controller side of base station receives the request of bootstrap protocol, and gets the IP address of base station and IP address of base station controller from the data configuration file of the base station above saved in its own database, and sends the two IP addresses to the base station through bootstrap protocol response; the base station above gets the IP addresses from the bootstrap response, and builds the IPOS channel in term of the acquired IP addresses and PVC default attribute; the base station gets the data configuration file from the controller side of base station through IPOA channel. |
